Skydyne offers a full range of cabinet configurations to meet the specific needs of the corrections environment. Models are available in stainless steel or anodized aluminum. Cabinets are insulated using energy saving rigid trilaminate insulation with an "r" factor equal to over 2 1/2" of fiberglass insulation. Internal configuration options include sheet pan slides, universal angle slides, multiple captivator, and tray delivery with many different tray styles and sizes available. Doors may be ordered in many configurations to meet your requirements. Cabinets offer top mounted lift out electronics secured behind a 3/16" thick formed see through Lexan shield. All cabinets offer security features engineered specifically designed for the corrections environment.

Top Mounted Control

INCLUDES: running light; thermostat; digital thermometer; secured behind a 3/16” thick formed see-through Lexan shield; removable (with tools) top mounted controls includes all blowers, elements, and electronics; easy to clean and service.

Side to Side Airflow

Eliminates the door from the airflow pattern so the cabinet retains heat and moisture for faster recovery after door has been opened.

Multiple Captivator Ledges

Accommodates both 18x26 sheet pans and steam table pans. Lid-lock feature for steam table pans to reduce spillage. Easy to clean with lift out sections.

Placement

Welded in place at factory with option to remove.
