SkyTherm Reach-in-Proofing cabinets are equipped with independent heat and humidity, which allows you to select the perfect atmosphere for your donuts, yeast rolls, breads, bagels, and croissants.
The non-insulated proofers are best suited for lower temperature proofing.
Anodized Finish
Skydyne’s standard aluminum cabinets have an anodized finish. This process uses nano-technology and molecular restructuring to create the world’s best metal finish, second in hardness only to diamonds. There will be no gray or black oxidation on SkyTherm cabinets, like you will find on the “others.”
Cured Polyurethane Finish
Our Designer Series is available in a cured polyurethane finish, which is chip resistant and easy to clean. Available in the colors of your choice.
Natural Mill Finish
Our Economy Series is available in a natural mill finish. When price is the primary consideration, this cabinet is the perfect solution.
