Painting

Skydyne’s paint department is equipped with an Accudraft Self Contained paint booth. This booth boasts an impressive internal dimension of 26ft long x 13ft wide x 9ft high. The double wall insulated cabin as well as the re-circulating heating and forced air system gives Skydyne’s painters the ability to create the perfect end product.

Coating

We have our own chemical coating facility which allows Skydyne to treat all of our aluminum sheet & extrusion products. This process chemically seals the aluminum, formulating corrosion resistance. Iriditing permits Skydyne to meet Navy salt spray specifications (MIL-5541).
