Skydyne’s paint department is equipped with an Accudraft Self Contained paint booth. This booth boasts an impressive internal dimension of 26ft long x 13ft wide x 9ft high. The double wall insulated cabin as well as the re-circulating heating and forced air system gives Skydyne’s painters the ability to create the perfect end product.

Coating

Skydyne carries 3 Pines benders. With the proper dies, we can bend any radius. We also have our own chemical coating facility. This allows Skydyne to iridite all of our aluminum sheet & extrusion products. This process chemically seals the aluminum, formulating corrosion resistance. Iriditing permits Skydyne to meet Navy salt spray specifications.
